Mentha piperita

Used in weight loss, cough, cold. Also helps in removing flatulence, infantile colic.

Locally used in pruritus vagina, mix 5 drops in a little glycerin/liquid paraffin and apply twice a day.

Dosage for cold/cough/flatulence/colic: 10 drops in little water (30 ml), add a tsp of honey, 3-4 times a day after meals.

Dosage for weight loss: 30 drops in little water (30 ml), add a tsp of honey and lemon juice, thrice a day before meals.
