Sarsaparilla

Also called Smilax, used traditionally for prevention of cancer, treats arthritis, increases fertility in both men and women, increases sex drive, helps in weight loss and useful in various skin conditions like acne, eczema etc.

Also used as a diuretic.

Dosage for fertility: 20 drops in little water (30 ml), add a tsp of honey, twice a day after meals.

Dosage for arthritis and cancer: 20 drops in little water (30 ml), add a tsp of honey, thrice a day after meals.

Dosage for weight loss: 20 drops in little water (30 ml), add a tsp of honey and lemon juice, thrice a day before meals.
